During the audit process, we not only passed with flying colours but also received exceptional feedback. We are delighted to inform you that no Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) were identified, and zero Non-Conformities were found. This outcome reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest standards and ensuring the effectiveness of our processes.
As we eagerly anticipate the next milestone, Stage 2, scheduled for August, we are thrilled to be one step closer to obtaining the prestigious ISO accreditation.
